We promise to do our best with every custom item. The end product may differ from the vision in your mind. Please keep sentences 3 words per line. Please keep in mind we engrave in a small space so the engraving will be small. Please do not upload intricate drawings as the detail will not come out.
Communication is key, email beforehand to see if your request is possible if you are unsure. There are no exchanges or returns with custom items.
Please note there will be no colour on your order, even if your image has colour.
NOTE: Engraved glass may flake or seem patchy due to the inconsistencies with pen/ink. This is not a defect it is just the nature of the glass and engraving.
The Palm Collection products are handblown crystal meaning they are very fragile and thin.
